Wow this did it for me. I felt so disgusted with myself by the end of this I chucked my fags straight away.
My best friend stopped from smoking after buying this hypnosis audio. It helped him a lot and urged him to really quit from that addiction.
Bought this one to stop “social” smoking. I tried it on the Friday evening before a long weekend of going out and – it worked!
I stopped smoking for about 2 weeks before making a concious decision to start again, not through addiction but just because it was a suitable moment. I was a bit annoyed with myself afterwards so tried it again and – it worked again!
Its also really good to relax to even if you are not trying to quit.
