What a wonderful article with sound and practical advice and steps to take. I have had several newsletters but never fully read them. This one has been a god send.
Thank you Gemma

I have counsel mainly friends & friend's of friends in this area of bereavement on and off for over 18 years. Each case is unique and the bereavement time frame is very individual, although after the initial period, the next "round" of deep emotional phase often rear it's head 12 -14 months later for no apparent reasons.
The point is when this happened just to accept it rather than trying to think of all the reasons why it should happen now because it will compound the magnitude of the grief.

Using reframing is a good technique, as well as getting the person talk and 'empty their guts'."Love is not reciprocated......flows back and soften the heart" and "Love is like a ripple that flow and touches shores beyond its origin."

Best wishes

I really liked the way you explained about 'wording' about what it is that is bothering you and the law of attraction and how we focus on a particular thing like everyone being pregnant or suddenly noticing lots of cars that are the same as a car that you just bought. Never really thought of it like thatl. Wonder what is a good way to deal with bullying behaviour amongst loved ones...where you still wish to maintain some relationship and just want it to be improved. How can you word things so that you are unaffected by bullies and somehow able to get them on side....?

I really like this article. You almost talked yourself out of going. I do that a lot, too. Mainly for reasons of saving much needed money for more important things. But I think I will start doing things for me, too. It is true, we only live once, and who knows what tomorrow brings. I might as well enjoy myself once in a while and not live with regrets of what I could or should have done. Life is too short for that.
Thanks for the post, Gemma, it's actually a wakeup call for me.
