What we expect from delegates:
Individual delegates are expected to take responsibility for their own welfare and well-being at all times.
Use of drugs or alcohol is not permitted and any delegate suspected of using either during training time will be required to leave the training course and will forfeit their right to a refund of monies paid for training.
We operate a zero tolerance policy regarding any aggressive behaviour.
Anyone who behaves in this way will be required to leave the training and will forfeit their right to a refund of monies paid for training.
It is important for delegates to understand that whilst the courses are intended to be a training and learning environment and whilst they may raise emotional issues, they are not intended to be a substitute for therapy.
Delegates are expected to be on time in the mornings, return promptly after breaks and not leave early in order to complete the necessary training to pass the course.
We ask that delegates respect the power of the techniques and use them with care on other delegates.
Delegates are required to complete the pre-course study hours and test in full, in order to qualify for certification.
Delegates are expected to ask for help and support from People Building coaches when needed.
Discrimination of any sort is subject to a zero tolerance policy.
We ask that you do not use any other therapy techniques during the training courses to ensure the NLP techniques remain clean and true to the spirit of NLP.
Taping or videoing any aspect of the training is not permitted.

You will be fully responsible for safe-guarding your valuables.
What you should expect from us:
If you are unhappy with the training after 4 days, you will be entitled to leave the course with a full refund. Refund policy
You must have fully attended the training, have adhered to the operating agreements and must complete a refund form to be eligible for a refund.
If you miss training due to illness and have a Dr’s certificate you will be entitled to attend a subsequent course to cover missed sessions, without additional charge.
In order to pass the course, a level of competence must be met.
Every support will be given to delegates and individuals who do not pass the course but have made every effort to do so will be invited to re-attend a course free of charge and will receive coaching in the interim.
We will provide regular breaks, every two hours and drinking water, which we advise you to drink regularly.
