Conditions for refunds

We offer a full money back guarantee if you are dissatisfied with the training you are attending. In order to be eligible for this, you must:

Have adhered to all of our Terms and Conditions and Operating Agreement.
Have attended every day of the training.
Have been on time for the days that you attended.
Have attended at least 4 days of the training and no more than 4 days of the training
Give back your training manual and audio CD’s in the condition that they were given to you.

You will not receive any form of certification or accreditation if you leave the training and claim a refund.

You will not be entitled to coach on any future training’s for People Building.

You will not be permitted to attend the People Building Practise Groups.
